This site is operated by The Ganjier Guild. The Ganjier Guild, Smoke & Oakum LLC, and The Guild Collective are separate legal entities. The Ganjier Guild is a 501(c)(6) trade association that owns the Ganjier brand, educational standards, and certification credentials. Smoke & Oakum LLC is a Maine manager-managed limited liability company that provides commercial and operational services under a license from The Ganjier Guild. The Guild Collective is a Maine cooperative that provides profit-sharing participation opportunities for eligible Guild members. These entities operate as part of a coordinated ecosystem but are legally and financially separate, each with its own governance, bank accounts, and legal obligations.
