Sara Farnsworth

Sara Farnsworth is the Founder of Full Circle Farm and a Navigator of Ganjier Guild. An early license holder in Vermont’s adult-use market, she built and scaled Full Circle Farm from the ground up, bringing product to market without outside investment and with a rigorous focus on operational integrity. With formal training in sustainable business and a career rooted in systems building, Sara approaches cannabis as both a craft product and a consumer experience—guided by a hospitality-informed palate and a commitment to quality, consistency, sensory literacy, and education.

About Our Ecosystem Structure

This site is operated by The Ganjier Guild. The Ganjier Guild, Smoke & Oakum LLC, and The Guild Collective are separate legal entities. The Ganjier Guild is a 501(c)(6) trade association that owns the Ganjier brand, educational standards, and certification credentials. Smoke & Oakum LLC is a Maine manager-managed limited liability company that provides commercial and operational services under a license from The Ganjier Guild. The Guild Collective is a Maine cooperative that provides profit-sharing participation opportunities for eligible Guild members. These entities operate as part of a coordinated ecosystem but are legally and financially separate, each with its own governance, bank accounts, and legal obligations. Shared services among these entities are governed by a written Shared Services Agreement.
